Return conditions

The console should be in good condition with all accessories included (cable, box contents, etc.). Normal wear is fine — we just can’t accept heavily damaged or modified devices.

Warranty coverage

All consoles come with a 90-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This covers issues like a faulty screen, buttons or internal hardware.

Damage from drops, water, misuse, or unauthorised repairs isn’t covered by the warranty.
